I Workout!

Ok, so Jeremy bought me a very very nice treadmill for Christmas (I've been asking for one for a while, so it's not a bad Christmas gift). This treadmill has everything! You can hook your iPod up to it and train with Jillian, Nike and probably Dr Oz, WHO KNOWS! The bad part to all of that is you have to buy the programs, $20 each. That's alright I don't need Jillian to yell at me make me cry while I'm work out, I can make my self cry. I am pretty excited to have myself my very own treadmill. Now it's time to make myself a goal. I personally hate making goals because it's to much pressure and if it doesn't work out then I feel really bad. I'm pretty bad at making commitments, I'm always changing my mind and if I don't feel like going some where or doing something I don't like feeling pressured into keeping that commitment. I know pretty bad, I just like to do my own thing. Any way, I need to make a goal and stick to it. I didn't do very well with my last goal (like I said it's to much pressure). My goal this year is to get down to at least 120 lbs. That is what I weighed after I had Tyra. I would be pretty satisfied with that weight. I am hoping to do this by the summer time or at least before next year. I just need to work hard and stick with it. Now I just need to stop these brownies from jumping into my mouth and other junk food too. It's just hard to talk myself into eating healthy. I have never been a big fruit eater and I am very picky with my veggies. I am opening up to more veggies though. Not tomatoes though, never tomatoes, or peppers! It seems like every healthy recipe has those two things in them. I guess I can just leave them out. Anyway, that is one of my goals for 2012. My treadmill is pretty sweet, so why wouldn't I want to us it. It inclines and declines all on it's own, it has a billion settings and speakers so you can hook your iPod or mp3 player in and listen to music with out putting ear buds in. Not sure how fast it goes, but I wont be going that fast. Now I just need to keep my kids and my cats off of it. I will be having a love hate relationship with it. It will all be worth it in the end. I just wanted to let everyone know that my sister Katie as inspired me so much. She has been doing so good with her goal. So Katie, I am going to catch up with you and then you will have to find someone else to give your clothes to! Good luck to you all on your goals for 2012!

Love your blog. Go for it,Kendall! You can do it! Katie has inspired me too, but 2 days out of 7 exercising is going to take me a lot longer!!

Nels and I are both on board, too! How about by summer, we all look smokin'! :) LOL! Do you and Jerome have anything planned for your tenth anniversary this May? If you don't I just want to let you know that if you wanted to travel up this way, Nels and I would watch your kids for you! I would love to have Tyra and Shelby come play with us for a week. Seriously.

Stick with it. Remember, this is a permanent change, not just a quick fix. We need to stick to a healthy lifestyle forever, not just until we meet a certain weight.
