Day 16: Long Exposure

Ok I should have done day 16 a long time ago but I think I will skip this one. I have been taking pictures with my phone and I can not figure out how to do a long exposure picture. So I am skipping day 16 and going to day 17. I thought I would let you all know cause it is very important you know this.
