Days 23-31

Day 23: Make a list of people you love to follow on Instagram
Well, I love to follow everyone I am following on Instagram, or I wouldn't follow them.  I do like to see pictures of my family.  I always enjoy seeing my little sisters pictures.  I love to see my friends pictures too.  I don't think I could make a lists of the ones I love, cause I just enjoy seeing everyone's post on there.

Day 24: Make something you pinned on Pinterest and show it off
Sorry I didn't do this one, I didn't read ahead so I had no idea I was to make something from Pinterest.  I do make a lot of recipes, but not crafts.  Ok, once and a while I'll do a craft.  So maybe next time I will show you what I have made.  Cause I haven't made anything lately.  Been too busy being busy.

Day 25: Write a how to on starting a garden
Well, I can't really do this one.  I haven't had a garden in years.  I would love to have a garden but I do not.  I always say, "well maybe next year" and then next year comes and I still don't have a garden.  So I guess I should be reading someone else's how to on a garden then writing one myself.  I have a hill in my back yard that would make an awesome garden.  I just need someone to show my how to make it.  I think I can handle the planting and taking care of, just can't figure out how to get a garden up there.

Day 26: Share what you can't live without

My Family

other things I can't live without are, air, water, food, shelter, toilet paper, books, money (you kind of need money), Netflix and Hulu (ok, I don't really need the last to but it's nice to have).

Day 27: Create a "101 Things" list
I don't think I will do this one.

Day 28: Share a favorite childhood memory
I think everything at CJ Strike (most of my childhood was here), which is a lake and a dam that we lived by is my favorite childhood memories.  I loved growing up there and being able to be outside and play and go on adventures.  Having fun with neighbors.  Hanging out with best friends.  Swimming all the time.  It was a great childhood.  There are days I miss living there.

Day 29: Show us you!

Here I am!

Day 30: Create a playlist of your favorite songs
This would take me forever to make a playlist.  I like so many songs.  I do love The Killers though.

I think I have a problem, I can never pin point a favorite of anything.  Songs, food, color, movie, tv show.  There are so many things to choose from how could you just pick one thing to be your favorite.  Is that called indifferent?  I say Red is my favorite color, but I am always attracted to light blues, purples and grays.  I rarely ever wear red.  I just don't think I can pick a favorite.  So I can not give you a favorite song.  I can probably give you a list of artists and bands I like more but that is all.  you might get that another day, Cause I will still have to think about it.

Day 31: Tell us what your perfect day would look like
My perfect day would look like, no children or husband (sorry Jeremy) , me being at home in my PJ's probably doing nothing.  No stress, no cleaning, no cooking, just me.  I can read a book if I like, or watch a movie or tv show or I could just sleep.  I could even work on a project if I wanted to.  That would be my perfect day to just do whatever I wanted to do.

Day 22

Day 22: Show us your day

Well on day 22 it was a Saturday.  We had a sleepover the night before so in the morning I made pancakes and eggs and waited for parents to come and pick up their wonderful children.  Tyra had 3 girls come over and sleepover, they were really good.  We had a fun time, we shot nerf guns at each other decorated shirts and of course listened to music.  There was also a lot of Pokémon talk.

After parents came and picked up their children we got ready for Shelby's first soccer game.

Their soccer team name is Gold Girls.
And they played awesome!
Shelby throwing the ball in

Shelby being the goalie
There team won 3-1.  Good job team!

After the soccer game the girls wanted to fly their new kites I bought them, so we went to the park.

Looking at the pond before we left
After the park we picked up some Chick-fil-a and took it home to eat.
Then we just relaxed after having suck a fun day.
That was our day.

Days 11-21 maybe

Day 11: If I ran the world

Well, I don't really want to run the world.  That would be a hard job and a lot of responsibility.  I could barely run my house hold.  So I would never want to run the world.  I don't think just one person would be able to do that anyway.  I'm sure some have tried and didn't succeed.

Day 12: Spend 30 minutes on Twitter.  Write a post about what's currently trending.

Who has time for that!  Not this girl, I barely have time to write on my blog.

Day 13: Brag about your kids

I could brag about my kids all day, but that would be kind of annoying.  I'll I have to say is my girls are smart, funny and beautiful and I love them!

Day 14: Unplug for the weekend.  Share your experiences.

Well that didn't happen and probably wont happen unless we go camping or something.  Which would be nice.

Day 15: Update an old post

I would rather not.  I just don't want to look through them and find one that needs to be updated.

Day 16: Share a recipe you made recently

Coconut Curry Soup
Here is the website I found it on

I didn't put the red peppers in because I don't like peppers but I'm sure everyone else does.
We ate it over rice.
It was really yummy, we all loved it and I would eat it over and over again.
You must try it!

Day 17: Happy St. Patty's Day!  How do you celebrate?

Well, we celebrate a birthday on St. Patrick's day.
My oldest daughter was born on St. Patrick's day 10 years ago, so every year on St. Patrick's day we celebrate her birthday.  We usually just go out to eat unless her birthday falls on a weekend, then we party!  This year we just went out to eat as a family and my husband's mom.  It was good.

Day 18: Host a guest post

Ya, I'm not going to do that.  Sorry guys.

Day 19: Show a before and after.

Before their haircuts

After their haircuts

Which one is better?

Day 20: It's the first day of Spring!  Seeing any signs yet?

Yep, Spring is everywhere.  Leaves coming back, plants are growing so it the grass (not looking forward to mowing).  It smells like spring time.  Now if the weather would at least get to 60 degrees everything would be perfect.
I love spring so much!

Day 21: Share your Spring cleaning tips

I have none, I clean when I want to clean and what I want to clean.  I probably should wash my windows, but they can wait till another day.  As long as my living room, kitchen and bathroom is mostly clean we are good.
I wish someone would come over and do a major spring cleaning to my house though.  I would never tell them they couldn't.

Day 10, Pets

Day 10- introduce us to your pet
Well I have 3 pets, a dog and 2 cats.
So I guess I will introduce you to 3 pets.

My Dog

Hogan
Hogan is a 11 year old black lab, we love him very much.

My Cats

Billie
Billie is a 5year old calico, she is a sweet cat.

Tap (yes that is his name)
I'm not sure what kind of cat Tap is, I was told minx cause he has no tail.  He is an ornery cat, but we love him.  He is 4 years old.

Those are my animals!

Days 4-9

Day 4- Are you an expert on a topic?  Make a list of tips.

Well I am an expert on a lot of topics, I am good at everything I do.
Ok not really, but I like to think I am an expert on every topic.
I think the only topic I am good at is cookies, well except for regular chocolate chip cookies.
Those are my kryptonite.  I do make some awesome cookies though.
I don't think I could sit down and make a list on topics I would be an expert at. I think I am always learning even if I think I am really good at something I feel I always learn something new about that topic.  So I don't think I will ever be an expert on a topic, but I can be close to being one though.

Day 5- Make a round up of spring crafts

St. Patrick's day wreath

I made this wreath for St. Patrick's day.  I had almost every at home, I just bought the wreath and the bow tie.  I was worried it wasn't going to turn out very well and when I first looked at it I didn't like it.  But then when I see it driving by my house I think it looks really good.
I made it out of ribbon, and party stuff, the white and green stuff, I have no idea what it is called, it's like the stuff you put on a Christmas tree.  A green bow tie and a daisy flower.

Baby Banner

I made this banner for my friend Mariko's baby shower.
It turned out really good I think.  I'm hoping it will look good in the baby's room.
It's made out of card board and paper and rope.  It was for a Dr. Seuss baby shower.

Washi tape clothes pins

I made this clothes pins also for the baby shower.  I used washi tape and mod podge.  I am loving washi tape.

Washi tape pen tin

I thought it would be cute to use the washi tape to make a pen tin, I think it turned out cute.  I am looking forward to using lots of washi tap.  I love it and I want to buy more and do more crafts.

Pokémon washer necklace

I made these Pokémon washer's for my girls so they can wear them on a necklace.
These are easy to make.  You just need nail polish.
First you put a white coat on and then when that dries do the other colors you want.  After that has all dried put a clear coat on top.

Fabric covered cork board

This will be my next project.  We have had this cork board for forever and our cat has scratched it up pretty good.  I don't want to throw it away so I figured I would cover it with fabric.  Hopefully when I get it done it will look good.

Mirror

This is another future project.  Some day I will paint this and hang it somewhere.

Day 6- Turn a favorite quote into a graphic

I don't know how to make a quote into a graphic, but I can tell you some quotes I like.

"Would I rather be feared or loved? Easy. Both. I want people to be afraid of how much they love me"  -Michael Scott

"Never tell me the odds!" -Hans Solo

"Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened." -Dr. Seuss

"The more that you read, the more things you will know.  The more that you learn, the more places you'll go." -Dr. Seuss

"I like nonsense, it wakes up the brain cells.  Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living" -Dr. Seuss

"You've gotta dance like there's nobody watching, love like you'll never be hurt, sing like there's nobody listening, and live like it's heaven on Earth." -William W. Purkey

"Be yourself; everyone else is already taken" -Oscar Wilde

"All you need is love.  But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt" -Charles M. Schulz

"We believe in ordinary acts of bravery, in the courage that drives one person to stand up for another." -Veronica Roth, Divergent

Day 7- Share a recent shopping haul

Grocery shopping, I hate it!

Day 8- Create a reader survey

I don't know how to do this, and I don't really want to think of a survey to make.

Day9- It's Daylight savings time!  Post a reminder or tips for how you deal with the change

I don't really have any tips, I just go with the flow, I usually try to change my clocks when I go to bed.  Other then that I don't worry to much about it.  Daylight savings time doesn't usually bother me.  I am happy the sun will be out more though.  I love the sunshine!
