Not much has been going on lately. Jeremy and I have been going to gym on Base. They have a nice little area were the kids can play. The girls love going to they gym every night. We have been going to the gym everyday (except Sunday) since Wednesday. I feel great. I think Jeremy does too. I am hoping to lose some weight before our family reunion so I don't look so bad in a swimming suit. Plus I would like to be healthy. It has been nice to be able to go to the gym. On Saturday we had a really really nice day. Jeremy and I walked outside on the track with Shelby (she was in a stroller). Jeremy jogged for an hour and I walked for an hour. We got to have a nice conversation. Shelby fell asleep half way through. That was really nice. Now the weather is nasty again so we will be back inside the gym. I can't wait to go to the gym tonight. I look forward to it everyday.

We finally moved Shelby's bed into Tyra's room and guess what? She sleeps in Tyra's bed with her. We are still have issues with her sleeping through the night. So I have to get up and put her back to sleep. Then she realizes if she doesn't cry she can sneak into our bed. Most of the time I am to tired and don't realize she is in our bed until Jeremy leaves for work. By that time it is pointless to try to get her to go back to bed in Tyra's bed. Other then that everything is good here. We cut off our directv so the first week of April was a little boring and the girls drove me crazy, but now we are use to it and I get to watch the movie Alvin and the Chipmunks all day long. I usually block it out or keep myself busy so it doesn't bother me. Once and a while they will want to watch a different movie. NOT TODAY. We also don't need directv because I can watch everything on the Internet. We have satellite so it doesn't take a long time to watch things.

I guess I better go. I am going to bake some cookies even though I don't need to eat them. I am going to try Melyni's pumpkin cookies and then I make a oatmeal applesauce cookie that is really good. So I guess I better go do that. Plus I think I just wrote a bunch of nothing.

Under warranty my butt!

Today Jeremy took our car in to get fixed. We have been having issues with this car ever since we got it. We have had a horse bit it, a dent put in the front, and it has been keyed. That is only the outside stuff. We have had a lot of issues with the inside stuff. They had to fix it because it leaked oil. It's just been a mess. We've only had for almost 2 years. It was a brand new car when we bought it. I guess the car is still under warranty, plus it had a recall on it. So he took it in to get new tires (the second set of tires we had to buy for it) and to get it worked on. I am glad that the car is covered, the thing that bothers me is that you have to pay for the rental car. Jeremy had to put down a $150 deposit for the rental car. Then he has to pay $45 for tomorrow and everyday that we have the stupid car. On top of that they give him a gas guzzling SUV, he had to pay more for it being an SUV because that is all they have. If we took it in to get one thing fixed it would be one thing, but it has been recalled. I think they should have to pay for the stupid rental car. I am not very happy. Jeremy needs to call Suzuki and tell them he hasn't been very happy with the car and the dealership he bought it from. Sorry about the angry blog, I just needed to vent.This is the only picture I have of our car, so here is a better one that the computer had.

Flip flops!

Jeremy blames me for changing the weather yesterday. When we got home from church the sun was out and it was really nice. There was no wind. After I was changing into my regular clothes I said "I'm going to wear my flip flops today!". He said that it wasn't spring yet, even thought the calender says it is. He told me not to wear them because it is still too cold. I wore them anyway. I took a nap with Shelby and when we woke up the weather had changed. It got real windy and dark. Then it ended up snowing a little bit. Not enough to stick. SO I got blamed for the weather going bad again. I think I will wait till May or June to wear my flip flops. Everyone else might want to wait too. I wished the weather would work with the calender. It should already be in the 60's or 70's. Not the 30's and 40's. The hottest we have been has been in the mid 50's. It needs to hurry up and warm up.

Our Cat Patches

Last night we had to put our cat of 6 years to sleep. She hasn't been doing well for a while now. It just started getting worse about 2 weeks ago. She had Kidney disease and there wasn't anything that we could do for her. The doctor said we could take her home and let her live out the rest of her life, which wasn't going to be much longer. We didn't want to make her suffer, plus we didn't want to make the girls watch her die. The worse she got she would end up going into censures. So we decided it was best to put her to sleep, so she would hurt anymore. Tyra didn't understand at first, but when we got home she started to understand. We had a break down. The Vet gave her a book called "For Every Cat An Angel". Jeremy read it to her last night. She is doing better today, I think we all are doing a little better. It will take some time getting use to. Billie, our other cat, keeps looking in the bath tub for Patches. That is were she hung out most of the time while she was sick. Patches had the loudest purr I have ever heard. We love her and we will miss her. It is rough losing a pet, she was our first pet. We know she is in a better place being taken care of.

Easter Egg Hunt

Today we went down to Grand View to an Easter Egg hunt. I was sure it started at 10 am, but when we got to Grand View there were no cars at the park. It didn't look like there were any eggs hidden either. I told Jeremy that there was sign at the post office. Well I checked it out and it started at 11 am. We were there an hour early. Well we decided to go for a little drive. We drove to Oreana and back. By the time we got back it was almost ready to start. I remembered to bring the camara, but I forgot to bring the memory card. I was really mad about that. So, I had to use my phone again. So the pictures probably wont look very great. They seperated the kids, so Jeremy took Tyra and I took Shelby. Most of the pictures are of Shelby. The girls had a great time. I just wished the wind wasn't blowing so it would have been a little warmer. Hopefully tomorrow the wind will be alittle warmer for the girls.
