Tasty Tuesday!

For My tasty Tuesday I am going to give you a recipe I actually made last Friday for my Miche party. They are so good and easy to make. They are good if you have a party or a little get together. Ok, here's my recipe,

Sausage Flowers
ready in: 35 min.
Servings: 24

Ingredients:
1 lb ground Italian sausage
1/2 C. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 C. Colby cheese
1 C. salsa
24 (3.5 in square) wonton wrappers
3/4 (16 oz) container sour cream
1 bunch green onions, chopped

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a miniature muffin pan. (I didn't have a mini one so I used a regular one, it worked fine)
Place ground Italian sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and remove from heat.
Stir Monterey Jack Cheese and Colby cheese into the warm sausage to melt. Stir in salsa.
Gently press wonton wrappers into the prepared pan so that the edges are extending. Place a heaping tablespoon of the sausage mixture into each wonton wrapper.
Bake 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until wonton edges begin to brown.
Transfer baked filled wontons to a a serving platter. Dollop each with approximately 1 tablespoon sour cream. Sprinkle with green onions.

These were really yummy and everyone loved them at my party. I wished I took a picture of them, they looked really nice. They were also very easy to make.
